Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email for easy printing.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification once your refund or exchange has been processed at our warehouse.
